Aulikki Nukala "Flowers with aerial roots" oil painting 2013, Gallery “Art meet”  Milano

“Nature is my favorite subject. I have grown up close to nature and country fields. When I paint, I try to mediate how I feel about nature and its beauty, all of which I enjoy the most. I find inspiration in gardens, such as Claude Monet’s garden in Giverny, France or the winter garden and its orchids in New York. I try to evoke the essence of imagination with oil paint or watercolour. Nature  is my method of expressing aesthetic  experiences."
